I’ve spent years helping homeowners make decisions that often overlap real estate and construction. Sometimes that means preparing a longtime home for sale. Sometimes it means helping a buyer evaluate a property that needs work. Other times it means helping a homeowner decide whether to repair, remodel, or move.

Through NFP Real Estate Services, I work with buyers and sellers throughout Anoka County and the North Metro. Through Jaranna Homes, I provide residential construction, repair, improvement, and project guidance.

Because I work in both fields, I can often help homeowners look beyond the immediate transaction or project and consider how the house, the work, and the longer-term plan fit together.
